  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (checked and verified, Update Service confirmed where applicable)
  • Minimum 2 employment references — at least one from a care-related role (company email addresses required)
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (current documentation)
  • NMC Pin verification for all Registered Nurses
  • HCPC registration check where applicable
  • CQC registration confirmation
  • Identity verification with photo ID
  • Full employment history review and gap analysis
  • Criminal conviction declaration (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act exempted roles)

Work & Get Paid
Complete your timesheet and submit it by Monday 10am to timesheets@nexgenerationsupport.co.uk. Payment is processed weekly, credited to your bank account on or around Friday.

Worker Shortlist
We provide the identity of the worker, confirmation of their qualifications, authorisations, and two references. All DBS and training checks are completed before placement.

Assignment Starts
Your chosen worker commences the assignment. Timesheets are signed weekly by your supervisor to verify hours. Invoicing is weekly, payable within 28 days.

Ongoing Partnership
We support you throughout. Unsatisfactory workers can be terminated within the first 4 hours (7+ hour shifts) or 2 hours (under 7 hours) with written notification within 48 hours.

Charges & Invoicing
Charges are calculated to the nearest quarter hour and invoiced weekly. Payment is due within 28 days of invoice. Interest of 4% per month applies to overdue balances.

Transfer & Introduction Fees
If you engage a temporary worker directly or through another agency within the Relevant Period (14 weeks from first placement), a Transfer Fee applies. Permanent placements carry a minimum fee of 10% of first year salary.

Timesheets
Workers submit timesheets to timesheets@nexgenerationsupport.co.uk by Monday 10am. The client (supervisor) must sign the timesheet weekly. Failure to sign does not remove payment obligation.

Holiday Pay
Workers receive 28 days annual holiday in line with the Working Time Regulations. Holiday pay of 12.07% is included on top of the hourly rate and shown separately on payslips.

An insurance premium of £2.75 per day applies. We process all personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Client data is used only to fulfil our work-finding function.
